GMV is expanding its space sector team in Madrid to tackle European SatCom programs (IRIS²). The role focuses on high-level system design and seamless integration across subsystems, with a strong emphasis on architecture and interfaces.

The position offers a hybrid working model, 8 weeks of teleworking outside the usual area, flexible hours, personalized career development, language support, relocation assistance, and a competitive compensation package. Travelers welcome and diversity is valued.

Formación

• High-level system architecture and functional analysis.
• Strong expertise in interface definition and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
• Familiarity with satellite communication systems and European space programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the functional analysis and architectural design of the IRIS² system.
• Define and manage system interfaces to ensure compatibility between subsystems, users and stakeholders.
• Definition and flow-down of requirements to the different components.
• Technical follow-up of the components design and production.
• Engage in technical negotiations with stakeholders to align subsystem requirements and constraints.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure system coherence and performance.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications and design reports.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to system design.
