TecAlliance is seeking a Business Consultant to bridge business and technology, guiding customers from requirements to successful implementation. You will coordinate end-to-end projects, align internal teams and partners, and support pre-sales and delivery with clear solution concepts.

Join our international setup, work across consulting, development, and support, and help optimize order-to-invoice processes while ensuring solutions fit customer needs and TecAlliance standards.

Formación

• Profound experience in business consulting, customer implementation, or project delivery.
• Understanding business processes; experience in ERP, supply chain, or integration environments.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, practical solutions.
• Technical understanding of ERP systems and web services (REST or SOAP).
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, or EDI is a plus.
• Good communication with customers and stakeholders; cross-team collaboration across cultures.
• Structured work approach, ownership mindset, and focus on complex requirements.
• Curiosity about applying AI to consulting and process optimization, with responsible use of AI tools.
• Fluent English (B2+); German/Spanish a plus.
