Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Quality Specialist for our hybrid Alvedro site. You will develop, implement, and improve quality plans using statistical analyses and lean six sigma methods to ensure products meet standards.

You will audit, train, and drive corrective actions across the site, collaborating with operations and global teams. This role offers flexible hours and health benefits while supporting growth and quality excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in related field.
• 2+ years of dedicated quality experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and test the quality system to ensure processes meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, update and deliver quality system training across site employees.
• Investigate quality problems using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Report quality performance metrics to site leadership and collaborate with global quality teams.
• Support audits and document control, drive process changes to reduce variation.
