Nordex Group is seeking a Project Manager Hybrid Power Plants to lead software-focused development projects within the Platform Lifecycle Management team. You will define scope, coordinate cross-functional work, and drive governance-ready decisions across multiple platforms.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering, extensive wind-industry project experience, and strong English; travel and international collaboration are expected. Nordex offers a global, sustainability-focused environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Many years of experience in strategic projects in the wind industry.
• Management of projects related to hybrid power plant control with interoperability across WTG, PV, BESS and electrolyzers.
• Advanced user of MS Office; experience with MS Project Server, Jira and Confluence.
• ERP and PLM experience is an asset.
• Exposure to multicultural teams across time zones.
• Advanced English (C1-C2); Spanish and/or German are a plus.
• Availability to travel.
• For foreign qualifications, recognition of Spanish degree equivalency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage development projects related to Hybrid Power Plant control with a strong software focus, ensuring budget, quality and schedule targets.
• Define, structure, and control project scope in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Assess and guide new project initiatives during approval and initiation phases for successful setup.
• Ensure alignment of schedules, scopes and interdependencies across multiple product platforms.
• Prepare, consolidate, and present project status reports; manage escalations to governance bodies and steering committees.
• Coordinate and secure required resources with line and project managers for timely delivery.
• Oversee technical coordination activities, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation.
• Plan, coordinate and execute prototype testing, validation and ramp-up for production transition.
• Engage with stakeholders globally, aligning with company strategy.
