A leading international pharmaceutical group based in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial medicines. The role involves ownership across the full commercial lifecycle, from launch readiness to lifecycle optimisation. Candidates should have around ten years of experience in product management, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excel at coordinating cross-functional teams. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment across multiple countries.

Formación

• Around ten years’ experience in product management or a related area within pharma or life.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Proven experience coordinating cross functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owning assigned products across their full commercial lifecycle.
• Preparing and coordinating launch readiness with all involved teams.
• Supporting accurate sales forecasting and driving cross functional alignment.
• Leading product scale up planning and delivery.
• Building business cases for Cost of Goods (CoG) reduction and driving implementation.
• Facilitating and overseeing tech transfers to ensure supply continuity.
• Keeping communication tight between operational and non operational teams.
• Troubleshooting and resolving supply or performance issues when needed.
