Hybrid Junior Marketer with a Software Corporation (German Language)

Join United Talent Acquisition as a Hybrid Junior Marketer at a leading software corporation in Barcelona, Spain. This role involves working in a state-of-the-art office at the World Trade Center, located at Moll de Barcelona, 26, Ciutat Vella, 08039 Barcelona.

The position offers a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,025, plus bonuses of EUR 357. You will be part of a vibrant team, working on innovative digital marketing campaigns, particularly in PPC and digital advertising.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
  2. Understand customer objectives and tailor solutions accordingly.
  3. Increase client spend and upsell campaigns.
  4. Manage a high volume of potential clients via phone calls daily.
Requirements
  1. BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 1-2 years experience in sales or online advertising.
  3. Goal-oriented, customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
  4. Excellent time management and analytical skills.
  5. Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  6. Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English.
  7. Full-time (39h/week, Monday to Friday).
  8. Salary: EUR 24,310 gross/year + up to EUR 4,290 in bonuses.
  9. Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  10. Relocation package including flight ticket and a one-month accommodation in an individual studio.
