Grifols, S.A. is seeking a System Engineering Specialist to join the IVD Systems Department. The role focuses on end-to-end system specification, architecture, and lifecycle alignment for regulated products in a global healthcare setting.

You will lead cross-functional reviews, drive compliance with quality systems, and promote Agile processes within a hybrid work environment. English proficiency is essential, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in systems engineering, product development or related tech roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with systems engineering in regulated environments and risk analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Define, coordinate, and document product and system specifications across regulatory and quality constraints.
• Ensure traceability, consistency, and alignment of requirements, architecture, and implementation.
• Lead technical reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams in feasibility and integration activities.
• Develop test setups, execute analyses, and document results with traceability.
• Promote Agile practices and organize team activities while ensuring proper documentation.
