Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing PM professionals.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and think strategically about goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT Project Managers delivering strategic technology projects.
• Drive business value by aligning outcomes with company goals and improving delivery processes.
• Coordinate cross-team resources and dependencies across IT, business units, and product stakeholders.
• Standardize PM methodologies, processes, and KPIs across the department.
