Job summary

Tecnalis-Solution-Providers in Marbella is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead the infrastructure team in the Shared Technology Services department. You will oversee design, implementation and maintenance of hybrid IT environments, with a focus on Kubernetes, cloud and on-prem systems.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, expertise in Terraform and Ansible, and hands-on experience across AWS/Azure/GCP as well as Linux and Windows.

Qualifications

• Operational Leadership & Governance: track record of leading infrastructure or operations teams with key metrics.
• Project & Workflow Management: strong organizational and project management skills for complex initiatives.
• Hybrid Infrastructure & Automation: deep on-prem hardware knowledge plus Terraform and Ansible IaC.
• Cloud & OS Mastery: hands-on multi-cloud experience across Linux and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentorship: lead, mentor, and resource the infrastructure team to hit targets.
• Architecture & Planning: design scalable hybrid roadmaps and Kubernetes-centric architectures.
• Automation & CI/CD: drive IaC and CI/CD using Terraform and Ansible.
• Operations & Reliability: maintain performance, monitoring, and uptime across infra and Kubernetes.
• Security & Compliance: partner with InfoSec to enforce controls and audit readiness.
• Vendor Management: evaluate third-party tools and manage vendor relationships to meet SLAs.
