Winning Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to join a financial services project in Barcelona on a hybrid model (2 days remote). The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Development, and QA.

• +2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
• Experience in the financial services sector is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in French and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and identify business needs, establishing effective communication with key stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional specifications: user stories, use cases, processes, rules and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and maintain the backlog with the Product Owner and teams.
• Prepare test plans and support UAT and functional validations.
• Write and maintain functional documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE) and share knowledge.
• Facilitate workshops to align scope, dependencies and decisions.
