Kantar seeks an enthusiastic Junior Data & Project Analyst to join the LEASER team in Madrid. You will help ensure data quality and support automation, data collection, and project delivery within an international environment serving automotive clients.

You will develop analytics and automation skills using Excel, Python, and AI tools, collaborate across markets, and contribute to data-driven insights while working in a hybrid Madrid setup.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills with attention to detail.
• Basic Python knowledge or willingness to learn automation.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Interest in data, market intelligence or automotive sectors would help.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly data collection and validation activities across multiple markets.
• Review and assess data received from suppliers, web scraping providers and mystery shopping activities.
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to manage operational activities and resolve incidents.
• Support customer requests and investigate data-related questions.
• Use Excel, AI-assisted tools and basic Python automation to improve processes and efficiency.
• Test new developments and document findings clearly.
• Contribute ideas that improve automation, scalability and data quality.
