M47 - AI Company in Barcelona is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise chatbot and voicebot solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize prompt engines, knowledge bases, and voice pipelines, integrating with client systems to deliver reliable conversations.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams, ensure safe and bias-free AI, monitor performance, and document architectures.

Formación

• 2–3 years of direct Agentic AI experience for chatbots and voicebots.
• Experience with AI models for chatbots or voicebots.
• Experience with model evaluation, tuning and deployment.
• Knowledge of conversational AI platforms (Cognigy or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and improve chatbot and voicebot solutions using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
• Engineer prompts and knowledge bases for context-aware responses.
• Build and maintain system integrations across platforms via APIs and data pipelines.
• Configure and optimize STT/TTS systems for voice performance.
• Implement AI safeguards, governance, and bias mitigation measures.
• Monitor model performance and drive ongoing optimization.
• Document architectures, configurations, and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to align solutions with client goals.
