Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space Getafe, Madrid, seeks a CAMO Engineer to provide maintenance engineering and fleet management support for continuing airworthiness of the Customer fleet in compliance with EASA/EMAR Part M and national authorities.

You will develop and update the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP), analyze OMP effectiveness, issue maintenance work orders, assess SBs/ADs/VSBs, perform cost/benefit analyses, and coordinate reliability reporting with the Technical Services team and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Experience with continuing airworthiness under EASA/EMAR Part M and Part 145.
• Ability to develop and update maintenance programs and planning.
• Experience analysing OMP, ADs, SBs, VSBs, and engineering orders.
• Ability to report reliability and perform cost/benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Control of continuing airworthiness for Customer fleet.
• Fleet availability and performance.
• Maintenance scheduled economics and available performances.
• Continuous improvement of Customer maintenance programme.
• Develop and update Operator Maintenance Program (OMP).
• Analyze effectiveness of OMP and optimization processes.
• Analyse maintenance status and issue work orders to meet airworthiness.
• Review engineering docs, ADs, SBs, VSBs, mods for Customer fleet.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis for optional works.
• Provide aircraft status for SBs/Mods configuration.
• Support reliability reporting and reliability meetings with Customer.
• Coordinate with Technical Services team and OEMs.
• Provide planning for Long/Medium/Short term.
• Ensure configuration control and technical records.
