T-Systems Iberia is seeking an HXM Data Integration Consultant to support HR data integration and migration in a hybrid environment. You will work under guidance to ensure data consistency across platforms, focusing on configuration, testing, data quality, and operational support.

Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and BI integration is essential. The role involves data extraction, mapping, and validation, plus collaboration with HR experts to confirm data requirements and business

• Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM data structures (PA/OM/PT/PY).
• Familiarity with integration options (Integration Center, APIs) and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration execution including extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure and maintain BIB artifacts such as infotype groups, mappings, and transformations.
• Execute integration and data tests, document evidence, and triage issues with context.

Working under the guidance of the lead, you will contribute to the successful execution of integration processes, ensuring data consistency and reliability across platforms. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on system configuration, testing, data quality assurance, and ongoing operational support.ResponsibilitiesSupport data migration execution: data extraction support, cleansing, mapping support, validation, and basic reconciliationConfigure and maintain BIB artifacts following defined design (infotype group setup, mappings, transformations, validations)Execute integration and data tests, collect evidence, and track/triage issues with clear documentationMonitor replication jobs and integration flows; provide first-level troubleshooting (log review, basic checks) and escalate with the right contextSupport Integration Suite/CPI operational tasks (deployments, health checks, basic configuration updates under guidance)Run and monitor SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs (where used) and support basic troubleshootingSupport SuccessFactors data import activities (mass imports) and basic OData/API validation steps where requiredAssist with data quality checks using basic profiling/validation tools or simple scripts (as provided by the team)Collaborate with HR domain experts and functional consultants to confirm data requirements and business rulesMaintain documentation (configuration notes, test results, runbooks) to enable repeatability and smooth handoverYour ProfileWe are looking for an HXM Data Integration Consultant with technical expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, strong understanding of HR data integration concepts, and hands-on experience with data migration and integration tools.Must Have SkillsBasic technical understanding of SuccessFactors (ideally EC)Basic technical understanding of HR data concepts (employee lifecycle, org structures)Initial exposure to SAP HCM data structures (PA/OM/PT/PY)Initial exposure to hybrid integration conceptsSome experience with BIB and/or data migration activities (project work, support, or training)Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration options (Integration Center, APIs) at user/operator levelAwareness of authentication concepts (OAuth/SAML)Willingness to learn trust/security setupClear communication skillsStructured way of workingComfort with checklists and testingBusiness fluent English skills (at least level B2)Nice to Have SkillsAbility to read/debug ABAP basics or run supporting reportsGerman language skillsAbout UsT‑Systems is part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.
