A leading HR consulting firm in Spain is seeking a Human Resource Manager to assist with HR processes, employee records, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of HR experience and possess a graduate degree. This is a full-time, office-based role offering an opportunity to manage important HR functions.
HR Share Service/Operations: Assist HR team on appointed shared service and compensation & benefits aspects. Maintain and monitor HR processes relating to employee life-cycle, upkeep employee records, documents preparation, HRIS operation update, onboarding & off-boarding, leave analysis and management. Manage C&B related services enrollment, payroll and survey data verification. Organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
