IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a highly capable HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access analytics. The role focuses on statistical programming, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with HEOR and EU-HTA teams.

The candidate should have strong biostatistics or data science background, experience with SDTM/ADaM, and knowledge of IQWiG/G-BA processes. Fluent German and English are required.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team.
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
