Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German, based in Spain, to support AMNOG dossiers and market access activities. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with interest in clinical evidence for reimbursement decisions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistics.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets and industry standards.
• Knowledge of the German AMNOG process and IQWiG/G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from HTA bodies and IQWiG guidance.
