Elpuertodesantamaria is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities, mainly for Germany. The role is Madrid-based with remote/hybrid options and focuses on statistical programming of analyses for AMNOG dossiers.

The ideal candidate has a master's or PhD in biostatistics or data science, HTA/HEOR exposure, and fluency in German and English. You will collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams to

Formación

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience is preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.
Fluent German and English, written and spoken, is required.

Responsabilidades

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Perform analyses of clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Help automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
