AGAP2 Italia is hiring an HSE Specialist to support Health, Safety & Environment activities on a major infrastructure project in Madrid. You will collaborate with the Project Team and HSE Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures, and to promote a strong safety culture on site.
Responsibilities include site inspections, identifying non-conformities, maintaining HSE documentation, and organizing on-site training.

For a major infrastructure project, we are looking for an HSE Specialist to support Health, Safety & Environment activities on site. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Team and the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and HSE standards. The role involves supporting the operational monitoring of construction activities, managing non-conformities, and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.
The salary range for this position is €30,000–€40,000 gross per year.
The position is governed by the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Services sector, as applied by our company. Final compensation within the indicated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant professional experience, and the outcome of the selection process, according to objective and merit-based criteria. For candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the indicated range, compensation may be reviewed subject to internal approval.
