Job summary

UNIVERSIDAD POLITECNICA DE MADRID seeks a First Stage Researcher (R1) in Electronic/Telecommunication/Materials Engineering to fabricate and characterize GaN-based HEMTs and to support ongoing work on device fabrication and packaging technologies.

The role is full-time in Madrid, working within the joint UPM-INDRA in Microelectronics program. Proficiency in English and strong teamwork skills are essential for successful collaboration.
