UNIVERSIDAD POLITÉCNICA DE MADRID invites applications for a First Stage Researcher (R1) position in the field of Computer Science as part of a 3-year publicly funded project. The contract is permanent and full-time, with a starting date around mid-2026.

The successful candidate will contribute to research and development in the integration of cognitive state and human and automatic evaluation, collaborating with an enthusiastic team of researchers and professors.

Formación

• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field with a strong academic background in Machine learning, Natural Language Processing, and/or Software Development.
• Applicants with an experience in one or more of the above academic fields are encouraged to apply.
• High proficiency in written and oral English.

Skills/Qualifications

Specific Requirements

Good and demonstrable programming skills, preferably in Python (e.g. bachelor thesis, software development experience, etc.). A high level achievement and experience in multi-disciplinary collaboration is an advantage.
