A leading tech company is seeking an HR Admin & Partner to join their Human Resources team in Logroño, Spain. This role involves providing expert labor support, managing employee document lifecycle, overseeing payroll calculations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have a University degree in Labor Relations or related fields, HR experience, and strong knowledge of payroll management and labor laws. Formación

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree in HR is a plus.
  • Experience in HR with focus on personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of current labor regulations.
  • Experience in payroll and contract management.
  • High level of English required.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as expert contact for labor matters.
  • Manage employee document lifecycle.
  • Oversee payroll calculation process.
  • Maintain employee database integrity.
  • Coordinate communications with official bodies.
  • Lead onboarding infrastructure management.
  • Supervise attendance and absenteeism systems.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects.
  • Track and control labor costs.
