What you’ll do (the role)

We are seeking an organised, detail‑oriented European HR Administrator to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong administrative skills, good knowledge of European employment matters across our countries, comprising Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Poland and Greece.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end‑to‑end HR administrative processes including onboarding (offer creation and pre‑employment reference checks), transfers, contractual changes, absence management and leavers/offboarding.
  • Manage and maintain contracts, personnel files and other employee information, including updates to the HR system (SuccessFactors) and act as a backup for other HR Operations colleagues in Europe.
Benefits Administration
  • Cooperate with the benefits broker, manage employee benefits programs across assigned countries, including enrolments, changes, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Employee Support
  • Act as the point of contact for HR operational queries, providing excellent customer service in line with company values.
  • Provide cover for other HR Operations team members.
  • Work closely with payroll, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to resolve queries and ensure seamless employee experience.
  • Assist with the monthly payroll, ensuring all pay‑related changes are captured each month.
  • Support the HR related purchase order process.
  • Ad‑hoc support with HR projects.
Requirements
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Additional European languages are a plus.
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services in multinational environments.
  • Benefits administration expertise in at least three countries within scope.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (incl. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple operational deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
