Etalentum is looking for an HR Operations & Immigration Lead for a leading multinational company in its new offices in Valencia. This on-site position combines strategic leadership and operational management to ensure efficient HR service delivery, full compliance with spanish labor and immigration legislation, and successful execution of HR projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Operations and Immigration Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and service.
  • Oversee key HR processes including onboarding, employee life-cycle management, and HR data administration.
  • Ensure compliance with spanish labor and immigration laws, drafting and reviewing contracts and policy documentation.
  • Manage employee immigration processes (work permits, visas, renewals) and coordinate with external agencies when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other HR departments and corporate functions to guarantee alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as an advisor on complex HR operational or legal queries and support HR transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • More than 7 years of experience in HR operations, including at least 3 years in leadership or immigration project management.
  • Strong expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience managing HR teams, preferably in multinational environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
