A leading technology company in Madrid is seeking an HR professional to manage human resources operations for local employees and Chinese expatriates. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of experience, preferably in overseas HR. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required, along with skills in project management and communication. This role offers an opportunity to lead HR projects and enhance overall operations.

Formación

  • 3-7 years of work experience in human resources, preferably with overseas experience.
  • Experience in HR system construction and project management is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese and English is required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas areas and Chinese expatriate employees (including but not limited to transfers, contract management, file management, non-cash benefits, local supplier docking, etc.).
  • Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
  • Implementation of the group’s human resources policies and procedures overseas locally.
  • Initiate and lead overseas human resources projects and continuously improve human resources operations.
  • HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 3-7 years of work experience, overseas HR work experience is preferred.
  • Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations.
  • Chinese and English can be used as a working language, holding third foreign language is preferred.
  • Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
