Join the Flowbox team

We’re now looking for a hands-on and people-driven HR Manager to strengthen our People foundations and culture from our Barcelona office.

If you’re passionate about building great teams, creating scalable HR processes, and helping people thrive, we’d love to meet you.

Flowbox was founded in 2016 and is a fast-growing tech scale-up with large ambitions and broad visions. We provide a SaaS platform that helps brands improve their marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies. Our technology enables clients to collect, manage, and distribute authentic customer content, also known as user-generated content (UGC).

Earlier this year, Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer marketing platform. Post-acquisition, Flowbox now serves more than 1,000 customers, reports close to €9M in ARR, and employs over 60 people across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen.

The role

As our HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything People at Flowbox. You’ll play a key role in building the systems, processes, and culture that allow our international team to grow and succeed.

You will:

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on people strategy, organisational development, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns together with department managers, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process that sets new team members up for success.
  • Drive performance reviews, compensation frameworks, and learning initiatives that support career growth and company objectives.
  • Own our compensation structures, ensuring fair, consistent, and competitive pay across roles and markets.
  • Foster our company culture through internal communication, feedback rituals, and company events.
  • Manage employment contracts, local compliance, and HR documentation across our four offices: Barcelona, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam.
  • Coordinate with Deel (our global payroll provider) on all payroll-related topics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and optimise our HR tools, office perks, personnel data, and related systems.
Your profile

We’re looking for someone who loves combining structure and empathy, strategy and execution. You thrive in an international, fast-growing SaaS environment and enjoy working both hands-on and strategically.

You have:

  • 4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
  • Previous experience in SaaS or startup/scale-up environment
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, culturally diverse environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both mandatory)
  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Dutch is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR compliance
  • Knowledge of Dutch, Danish or Swedish labour law is also a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
  • A genuine passion for people, culture, and continuous process improvement
If you recognise yourself in this, you might be the one we’re looking for 💜

You care deeply about people, but you also believe that strong cultures are built on clarity, fairness, and consistency. You’re the kind of HR professional who brings both heart and structure to the table.

You take full ownership of your responsibilities. When you commit to something, people know it gets done accurately, on time, and with integrity. You thrive in environments with high trust and high accountability.

You see yourself as a partner to the business, not just a support function. You understand how people's decisions connect to company goals and you’re confident in balancing empathy with what’s right for the business. You can back and guide managers through tough moments, even when the choices are difficult, because you know that clarity and fairness are forms of care too.

You’re a builder at heart. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to create things from scratch, whether it’s a new onboarding flow, a performance framework, or a cultural initiative that makes people feel connected. You find satisfaction in building processes that actually work, not just look good on paper.

You find energy in progress, improving systems, designing smarter ways of working, and helping others grow. You like to see things move forward and take pride in making others’ work lives simpler and better.

You bring positive intent to every interaction, even when dealing with sensitive or high-stakes topics. People know you’ll listen, treat them fairly, and act with empathy, but also make the right call when it matters most.

You’re motivated by collaboration and community. You enjoy being the cultural heartbeat of an organisation that spans multiple countries and backgrounds, connecting people through shared purpose and values.

If this sounds like you, you’ll feel right at home at Flowbox.
