A growing technology firm in Madrid is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on technology profiles. You will lead the Talent Acquisition strategy specifically for IT roles, manage selection processes, and ensure compliance with HR practices. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience and solid skills in recruitment platforms. This part-time role offers 100% remote work, flexible hours, and 30 days of vacation.

Formación

At MDW, we continue to grow and are looking for our next HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on technology profiles.

We want someone who enjoys connecting with the best IT talent, drives human resources initiatives, can lead the department, and becomes a strategic partner for our technical teams.

What will you do?
  • Design and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for IT profiles.
  • Manage end-to-end selection processes: defining roles with team leads, active searching, telephone and soft skills interviews, and support in the offer process.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and good practices in HR.
  • Keep track of i+D+I grants and subsidies.
  • Promote employer branding programs specific to the tech sector.
  • Support managers and teams in development, training, and performance processes.
  • Create initiatives to improve the company's organizational culture and promote internal growth.
  • Attend trade shows and community events in the sector.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 3 years' experience in HR / Talent Acquisition with a focus on IT.
  • Ability to identify and attract tech profiles in a competitive market.
  • Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other IT hunting platforms.
  • Experience managing key areas of Human Resources: talent development, performance management, culture, work environment.
  • Experience with HR management platforms (Factorial).
  • Strategic mindset, clear communication, and passion for the tech sector.

Language: Spanish (required), English (nice to have)
