An international recruitment firm is seeking a 360º HR Consultant to support their expansion into the Benelux market from Madrid or Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR consulting experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and ideally speak Spanish. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing recruitment processes, and building relationships with potential clients. A remote work option is available for this position.

Formación

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specializing in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a 360º HR consultant M / F in Madrid or Barcelona, to join and develop the Benelux market.

As a recruitment and training firm, we work with a number of companies in the Luxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.

Business Development

• Actively participate in the development of the Benelux office's sales strategy by identifying potential markets / companies,
• Use the various means at your disposal to identify target customers and contact them to present our services,
• Negotiate commercial agreements in the interests of all concerned (our firm and our future customer),
• Work to establish a relationship based on trust, communication and transparency with each of our partners,
• Promote the Luxe Talent brand to players in the various target markets, in order to increase the attractiveness of our services.

Recruitment

• Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, source analysis, CV screening, candidate’s interviews, check references
• Follow up and coordinate with Internal Clients
• Build network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of need
• Execute pre-screening, phone / face-to-face and Skype interviews
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Post positions to appropriate sources, research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
• Administer recruiting database and record keeping
• Produce and analyse recruiting reports and market mapping
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
• Be an ambassador of Luxe Talent

Position based in Madrid or Barcelona : remote possible.

Requirements

• For this recruitment, we are looking for profiles with at least 3 years' experience as a HR Consultant
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and ideally Spanish.
