A global healthcare solutions company in Madrid is seeking an HR Administrator to manage various HR functions including payroll, benefits, and onboarding. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Madrid. This pivotal role will support a wide range of HR functions including reporting payroll benefits administration onboarding and compliance. If you have a strong background in HR administration excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude we would love to hear from you. Reporting
Prepare reporting on key KPI people metrix
Prepare the monthly highlights for the HR leadership team
Support in all administrative tasks related to new hires or terminations (contracts social and in-kind benefits...).
Support and active participation in all internal and external audits (EINF payroll controls process quality...).
Administrative collaboration with tasks derived from the different active commissions : Equality Commission Health and Safety Commission etc.
Ensure proper management of Flexible Compensation Plan (kindergarten transport ticket meal monthly charge) and other Social Benefits (life insurance health insurance)
Support in the management of invoices from suppliers of HR-related services (incident management supplier registration etc.).
Support in the Benefits management (meals ticket healthcare insurance recognition bonus length of service bonus maternity / paternity awards EBO awards ESM awards)
Support in the Annual Salary Reviews Process (i.e. issue Salary Review letters prepare mass uploads / reports update employee records prepare letters etc).
Support in the Annual Bonus payment. Reception of bonus objectives and appraisal and calculation to make accurate payment (i.e. prepare mass uploads / reports update employee records prepare letters etc).
Workday support link with MyHR team.
Responsible for the coordination of Onboarding Programme for new employees.
Support in the preparation of HR documents presentation and reports.
Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
Updating databases internally.
Management of the department invoicing.
Liaise with external partners such as vendors.
Participate in HR projects.
Translation of documentation in your department.
Execute the correct segregation of waste in your department.
