Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un hotel de lujo.
• Buena comunicación en inglés.

About the job

Based in the Housekeeping Department in Barcelona, the Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily operations of the assigned hotel area to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, your responsibilities include:

1. Supervising Housekeeping operations in your assigned area.
2. Conducting inspections of guestrooms, especially for VIPs, early arrivals, and special requests.
3. Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas.
4. Ensuring all guestroom amenities and supplies are correctly placed and rooms are guest-ready.
5. Reporting and following up on damaged, missing, or sub-standard fixtures or equipment.
6. Handling guest and staff needs professionally and efficiently.
7. Conducting daily pre-shift briefings.
8. Training and motivating room attendants and housemen to meet standards and service expectations.
9. Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas and equipment.
