EF Barcelona is looking for an enthusiastic, sales oriented, Homestay Recruiter who is a passionate sales driven person, able to build rapport quickly and recruit the best quality families for our international students. This role plays a key part in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our international students, while continuously improving accommodation standards and overall customer experience. As Homestay Recruiter, you’ll oversee student placements, manage and grow our host family network, and ensure the quality of our accommodation. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, flexibility, and new ideas to help meet the needs of our students. This role collaborates closely with school Admin department to secure a positive student experience, ensure welfare standards, and maintain strong relationships with host families.
