Schedule: 39h/week | Monday to Friday, 09:00 18:00

Your Mission:

Were looking for a Live Expert to join our international team in Barcelona!
In this role, youll engage directly with Dutch and English-speaking customers through live chat and video to provide support, guidance, and product expertise.
Your goal? To create a seamless and engaging customer experience that leaves every client satisfied and confident.

What Youll Do:
  • Interact with customers via live chat, video, and email in Dutch and English.
  • Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best customer experience.
What You Bring:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and empathetic approach to customer interaction.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus.
