As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a High Voltage Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid .

Reporting to the Energy Business Division , you will reinforce our Spanish team in sales development for EPC projects . Thanks to your network and experience, you are familiar with local players in the field of energy, High Voltage, Lines & Substations.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
  • Develop tailored proposals with high added value for our customers,
  • Manage and develop your network and your business development activities ,
  • Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs,
  • Lead client negotiations , identifying all key project considerations to secure contract agreements,
  • Accompany the customer throughout project implementation ,
  • Work closely with the Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.

With a degree specialized in General Engineering or Business School, you have 10 years of experience in a Business Development position in the field of high voltage (HV) or renewable energy.

Strong negotiation an communication skills are essential, to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative multicultural environment.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required , while French would be an asset.

Due to your role, you are willing to travel nationwide.
