Pfizer is seeking an Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR to build scientific partnerships with local KOLs and scientific institutions, serving as the in-field medical expert for hematology tumours. The role develops and executes the country medical plan aligned with strategic operating goals and requires close collaboration with internal teams to support research and medical education initiatives.

Fluency in English is required, with extensive Oncology/Hematology experience.

Formación

• MD/PhD with oncology expertise strongly desired.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience as MSL/MSR in oncology/hematology preferred.
• Excellent scientific and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and consolidate a network of KOLs and scientific institutions locally.
• Be the in-field medical expert in hematology tumours.
• Lead medical-to-medical communications and disseminate data to the scientific community.
• Plan and execute local medical scientific strategic plans and support country activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage research grants planning.
