ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, seeks experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians B1.3 to join its Engineering & MRO operations. Initial assignment is in Spain with onboarding, training, and familiarization before potential deployment to Greece.

On-site work with accommodation/meals provided during onboarding and accommodation during the Spain assignment. Ideal candidates hold EASA Part-66 B1.3, Type Rating on EC145/AW139, aeronautical technician experience, and an intermediate

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine aircraft and component maintenance in base and line environments
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul mechanical systems and components
• Install and modify mechanical systems per aviation regulations and specs
• Ensure maintenance complies with aviation regs and procedures
• Complete maintenance docs and certifications accurately
• Adhere to safety, health and quality standards
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and provide technical support

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading international aviation organization is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians B1.3 to join its Engineering & MRO operations.

Location: Spain (Initial Assignment)

Future Opportunity: Potential deployment to Greece

Working Model: On-Site

You will be reporting to: Technical Manager

What you will do:

The successful candidates will initially be based in Spain, where they will receive comprehensive onboarding, training, and familiarization with company systems, maintenance procedures, safety protocols, manuals, and operational standards before supporting future operational requirements

More Specifically:

• Perform routine aircraft and component maintenance in both base and line maintenance environments.
• Inspect, test, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul aircraft mechanical systems and components.
• Install and modify mechanical systems in accordance with aviation regulations and technical specifications.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Complete maintenance documentation and certifications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and provide technical support when required.

What we are looking for:

• Aeronautical Training P147.
• EASA Part-66 B1.3 License.
• Type Rating on EC145 and/or AW139 helicopters.
• Previous experience as an aeronautical technician.
• Experience working on EC145 and/or AW139 aircraft.
• Intermediate English level, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
