Ikerian AG is seeking a Research Data Operations Engineer to own the data backbone, including pipelines, tooling, and governance for clinical imaging and EHR data. You will write scripts, stand up infrastructure, and ensure data integrity end-to-end.

Requirements include a CS-related degree, 3+ years in a similar role with 2+ years in healthcare, fluent English, and strong Python/R/Rust skills. You will operate on self-managed servers and NAS storage, not cloud-based, in an entrepreneurial,

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role and field.
• Minimum 2 years in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong Python, Rust; knowledge of R is a plus.
• Solid data engineering fundamentals and data integrity focus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and support EHR extraction, matching, and transformation tools.
• Build and maintain pipelines and tools to clean, validate, and organize data.
• Manage data versioning (DVC) and ensure data integrity end-to-end.
• Support migration from custom image formats to DICOM.
• Issue access controls and ensure regulatory compliance for data.
