Responsibilities

• You will lead Health and Safety at Gantrex, coordinating and supervising the activity of the SPA.
• You will define and execute strategies to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• You will drive the preventive culture with different departments to integrate safety at all levels and processes.
• You will assess risks, designing preventive measures and key indicators, and analyze indicators to drive continuous improvements in safety and health.
• You will be responsible for creating real awareness of the importance of safety.

What we are looking for in you

• Engineering background, preferably mechanical.
• Knowledge of ISO-45001 standards
• High level of English
• Experience in audits
• Strategic focus on Preventive Culture
• Leadership and experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to work.
• We will especially value experience in the implementation of an Occupational Risk Prevention system.
