Una empresa líder en construcción industrial busca un Asesor HSE de Fabricación para un contrato a tiempo completo en Badajoz, España. Este rol es fundamental para brindar apoyo diario en salud, seguridad y medio ambiente (HSE) a los equipos de proyecto. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en proyectos de fabricación, habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español, y será capaz de actuar con autoridad para detener el trabajo en situaciones de riesgo. Se valorará el compromiso con la seguridad y la prevención de incidentes.

Formación

• Experiencia como profesional de Salud y Seguridad en proyectos de fabricación o construcción industrial.
• Conocimiento sólido de actividades de fabricación de alto riesgo como soldadura y operaciones de izado.
• Capacidad para ejercer autoridad de parada de trabajo para proteger a las personas.

Responsabilidades

• Proveer soporte HSE diario a equipos de proyecto y de sitio.
• Realizar inspecciones y auditorías de seguridad en el sitio.
• Promover comportamientos proactivos de seguridad entre el personal.

About the Client

The client is a global operator delivering large-scale fabrication and industrial construction projects within the energy and infrastructure sector. The organization is recognised for its strong safety culture and commitment to regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance. Operations are executed in high-risk fabrication environments requiring rigorous application of HSE management systems and safe working practices.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fabrication HSE Advisor to support onshore fabrication activities on a full-time, site-based contract assignment. The role provides day‑to‑day HSE support to project and site teams, ensuring that all fabrication activities are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, project requirements, and established HSE standards.

The Fabrication HSE Advisor will act as a visible HSE presence on site, working closely with site supervision, contractors, and HSE leadership to promote proactive safety behaviours. The role includes conducting inspections and safety tours, supporting risk assessments for high-risk activities, participating in meetings and toolbox talks, and intervening where unsafe acts or conditions are identified. The advisor has authority to stop work in the event of serious safety concerns and to escalate issues through the project HSE management structure.

About You

You are an experienced Health and Safety professional with extensive experience supporting fabrication or industrial construction projects. You bring strong field engagement skills and are comfortable working directly with the workforce, supervision, and management to coach, challenge, and influence safe behaviours.

You have a solid understanding of high-risk fabrication activities such as welding, lifting operations, working at height, confined spaces, and SIMOPS. You are structured and organised in your approach to inspections, reporting, and follow-up, ensuring that non-conformances, incidents, and corrective actions are properly recorded and closed out. You communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, demonstrate strong professional integrity, and are confident exercising stop-work authority to protect people, assets, and the environment.
