What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead and scale SEO strategies for Pearl Lemon’s own properties and clients.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategies.
• Manage a global team of SEO specialists, content creators, and outreach experts.
• Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research.
• Report KPIs, insights, and growth metrics directly to the executive team.
• Stay ahead of search trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
• Collaborate with design, dev, and content teams for seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years in SEO with proven leadership in an agency or high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of SEO tools : SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, etc.
• Experience managing SEO for multiple clients or websites simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of measurable growth.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Bonus : Experience with international SEO and link-building at scale.
