A growing fintech company is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to design and lead the operational framework for a new home-equity lending product in Spain. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in secured lending operations, strong understanding of collateral workflows, and fluency in English and Spanish. • Ability to build efficient and scalable operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design operating model for home-equity lending product.
• Develop onboarding pipeline including documentation and verification.
• Analyse secured-lending repayment behaviour and trends.
• Oversee collections and recoveries process establishment.
• Define operational staffing and structure requirements.
• Support financial modelling for portfolio P&L planning.
• Advise on compliance workflows including KYC and fraud prevention.
