A leading B2B SaaS company is searching for a Head of Revenue to lead their growth from €1M to €10M ARR. This senior leadership role offers full ownership of revenue processes, including Go-To-Market strategy, sales, and customer success alignment. The position is 100% remote but requires monthly visits to Madrid. The ideal candidate has a robust background in B2B SaaS and experience in scaling revenue, with a salary range of €70,000 to €80,000 plus performance bonuses.

We are supporting a B2B SaaS scale-up in hiring a VP of Revenue / Head of Revenue to lead the next phase of growth.
The company is transitioning from founder-led revenue to a scalable, data-driven revenue organization, with the objective of growing from €1M to €10M ARR.
This role offers end-to-end ownership of the revenue engine, covering Go-To-Market, Sales, and Customer Success alignment.
Own and drive Net ARR growth (new business, expansion, and retention)
Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy
Build and optimize revenue processes, tooling, and forecasting (HubSpot or similar)
Lead the commercial team while remaining hands-on in key deals
Partner closely with Customer Success to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Background in B2B SaaS
Proven experience scaling revenue from approximately €1M to €5–10M ARR
Hands‑on experience with CRM and revenue analytics
Strong commercial and operational mindset
Fluent in English and Spanish
Senior leadership role with full revenue ownership
€70–80k base salary + uncapped bonus (up to 2x base)
100% remote (Spain-based) with monthly visits to Madrid
