• Experience with home equity or mortgage lending operations.
• Ability to build scalable processes and effective teams.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design the operating model for the home-equity lending product.
• Develop the onboarding pipeline including eligibility checks.
• Analyse market repayment behaviour for secured lending.
• Oversee collections and recoveries process.
• Define operational staffing and structure.
• Support financial modelling with operational cost drivers.
• Advise on compliance workflows including KYC/AML.

Conocimientos

Senior leadership experience in secured lending operations

Strong understanding of collateral workflows

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Fluency in English and Spanish
