ISDIN is seeking a Head of Business Product Owners to lead a strategic product domain, aligning with global goals and driving customer value. You will bridge senior stakeholders and execution teams to elevate product quality and business impact.

You will guide a team of Product Owners, manage governance, and ensure KPI-driven performance while collaborating with the Applied Design Team and Engineering Leads to balance innovation with technical excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years in Product Management with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field (or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of web technology frameworks and modern agile methodologies at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate a clear product roadmap for the assigned area.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Product Owners.
• Own the governance of the product area with defined processes and prioritization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and secure alignment for priorities.
• Oversee the product lifecycle and ensure measurable business value and quality.
• Collaborate with the Applied Design Team and Engineering Leads to balance innovation with technical debt.
