The Head of Marketing will build and lead Evercam’s marketing function — transforming it from foundational to world-class. This role owns Evercam’s go-to-market strategy, bringing together product, customer, and market insights to tell a single, outcome-driven story that drives growth. You’ll lead positioning, demand generation, ROI storytelling, and brand presence — turning customer proof into pipeline and visibility into market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and guide the go-to-market strategy across product, sales, and regions.
  • Define and evolve Evercam’s brand positioning, messaging, and narrative.
  • Build a data- and outcome-driven marketing organisation around ROI and impact.
  • Partner with the CEO and BU leads to connect market intelligence, product strategy, and customer outcomes.
Demand Generation & Growth
  • Build scalable, high-impact demand programs — focusing on ABM, events, and ROI-based content.
  • Lead digital strategy across organic, SEO, paid, and social channels.
  • Create the infrastructure to track pipeline contribution, ROI, and marketing efficiency.
Brand & Positioning
  • Ensure Evercam’s 3-in-1 platform positioning and product messaging are reflected across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee website, collateral, and sales enablement content to ensure clarity, consistency, and credibility.
  • Drive thought leadership, press, and event strategy to position Evercam as the leader in Construction Intelligence.
Team & Execution
  • Build and mentor a lean, high-performance marketing team (digital, content, design).
  • Empower BUs with market insight, messaging, and collateral to execute locally.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to turn customer ROI data into stories that drive sales and renewals.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, construction tech, or industrial tech.
  • Proven experience leading marketing strategy and execution for a growing brand.
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategy, positioning, ABM, and pipeline contribution.
  • Strong storytelling and analytical skills — can connect data, market trends, and product outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing websites, SEO, and digital demand programs.
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, and able to operate in a lean, high-accountability environment.
  • A “figure it out” mindset — creative, strategic, and resourceful.
