At KRAFTWERK Fitness Club, we have a clear mission: to reinvent the fitness experience. With over 30 fitness clubs across Germany and Spain and unstoppable international growth, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing — a true strategic leader with a strong track record in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sector, capable of taking our brand to the next level from our HQ in Madrid.

We’re seeking someone who doesn’t just think in terms of campaigns, but in terms of growth, positioning, and large-scale brand leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and execute KRAFTWERK’s global marketing strategy, driving brand growth in Spain, Germany and across new international markets.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, excellence, and a results-driven culture.
• Design and coordinate omnichannel campaigns integrating performance, branding, PR, retail, influencers, and events.
• Strengthen a powerful and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, reinforcing emotional connection with our members and partners.
• Manage the marketing budget strategically and analytically, ensuring profitability and maximum impact of every action.
• Oversee digital, CRM, and performance marketing strategies, enhancing member acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with the Operations team to deliver a 360º customer experience that sets a new standard in the fitness industry.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior or leadership marketing roles, with at least 5 years in the fitness, wellness, sports, or lifestyle sector.
• Proven success in brand growth, business expansion, and international strategy.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance, branding, and communication.
• Strategic and hands‑on profile — able to think long-term and execute with precision.
• Inspiring leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in high-performance environments.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (German is a plus).
• Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and personal transformation.
