This role, which requires more than 5 years of HR experience, will oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development across various units. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Professional HR certification is a plus.

Formación

Role Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports IT Avenue’s Retail, Distribution, Warehouse, andTechnical Service Units by ensuring strategic alignment between business goals and peopleinitiatives. The HRBP manages workforce planning, employee relations, performancemanagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and HR data for assignedbusiness units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and align HR strategies with business objectives
• Experience in performance management, talent development, and change management initiatives
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
• Professional HR certification is an advantage
