A growing HR services company is seeking an HR Manager to oversee talent acquisition, culture development, and employee engagement for 2 to 4 clients. Fluency in French and English is essential, along with 1–2 years of HR experience. This remote role aims to support fast-growing SMEs in improving their HR processes. A diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus. This freelance contract position is available ASAP.

Formación

  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions.
  • A diploma in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full scope of the HR function for clients.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition processes including interviews.
  • Develop culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span the full scope of the HR function :

#Talent Acquisition

talent scouting, shortlisting, HR interviews, and recruitment process coordination

#Culture & Retention

culture development, employee engagement, and internal relations management

#Learning & Development

onboarding management, internal knowledge management, and core skills training

You will be responsible for 2 to 4 clients, with high exposure to their management team.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English (mandatory)

Experience in recruitment or HR-related space (at least 1–2 years)

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Location & Status

Place : 100% remote (Europe timezone preferred)

Status : freelance contract
