What You’ll Do
  • Design the Growth Playbook: Build and execute the full-funnel growth roadmap — acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
  • Own Demand Generation: Scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships to drive traffic + conversions.
  • Go Big on PLG: Partner with Product to craft self-serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in-app upsell journeys.
  • Get Analytical: Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A/B tests; experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter.
  • Build & Lead the Team: Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale.
What You Bring
  • Growth or marketing leadership at a SaaS company, ideally with product-led growth at scale.
  • Proven track record driving demand gen + PLG pipelines from mid-market to enterprise.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, and growth analytics.
  • A love for data-driven experiments and fast iteration.
  • Curiosity and interest in AI + automation tools shaping the next wave of GTM strategies.
