The Role : The Architect of our Growth

We are not looking for a channel manager. We are looking for a leader who masters the art of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and, at the same time, knows how to hit the accelerator on traffic and lead acquisition . Your mission will be to design and build the 'growth' engine that uses our own product as the main lever for activation and expansion. But we don't stop there. We understand that PLG is the best generator of qualified leads for sales. Therefore, you will be the architect of our hybrid funnel : you will build a first-class self-service experience (for Maite Plus) that, in turn, will automatically identify and qualify the highest value leads (PQLs) for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the PLG strategy : Optimize and improve the complete user journey, from trial to conversion and expansion, optimizing every touchpoint.
  • Ignite acquisition : Define and supervise the full-funnel strategy to ignite qualified traffic and scale B2B lead generation, identifying and scaling the most profitable channels (SEO, SEM, Content, etc.).
  • Build the qualification engine : Create and scale a scoring system (PQLs / MQLs) that automatically identifies and delivers the best leads to the sales team.
  • Automate to scale : Design and orchestrate process automation (with tools like n8n and others) to scale onboarding, lead nurturing, and communication.
  • Orchestrate experimentation : Prioritize and coordinate a backlog of 'growth' experiments, mobilizing internal resources, freelancers, or external tools to bring ideas to practice.
  • Master the data : Define, monitor, and report key metrics (activation rates, PQLs, conversion, ARPA), translating data into continuous improvements.
Profile we are looking for
  • A natural builder : You have a total execution orientation. You don't just identify problems, you build the solution.
  • An orchestra conductor : You don't need to execute everything yourself, but you are the person who knows how to get it done : finding the right freelancer, a no-code tool, or collaborating with other teams.
  • Obsession with Product-Led Growth (PLG) : You have demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS, scaling a PLG model. You understand that 'growth' starts and ends with the product.
  • Strategic vision and international market experience. You have relevant experience in the AI, Legal Tech, or B2B SaaS market. You have innate curiosity, think long-term, and have demonstrated experience in expanding to international markets.
  • Analysis is your superpower : You have a proven ability to define metrics and extract actionable insights. At least you're not afraid of our stack (PostHog, Google Analytics, Zoho).
  • Automation mindset : You know how to design systems that scale and how to communicate the requirements for them to happen.
  • English required : Other languages are a plus.

  • Previous experience in the legal sector.
  • Advanced experience with n8n or similar tools.
  • Mastery of CRMs or automation tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Mastery of prospecting tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Genesy, etc.).
