Cellnex is seeking a Head of Group Reporting to lead the design, governance, production and distribution of management reporting across the organisation. This role will own the Group reporting model and evolve it into a Reporting Center of Excellence, delivering timely, accurate information to support executive decision-making.

The position combines finance expertise, leadership and technology-enabled transformation, with responsibilities spanning standardisation, automation and data governance

Formación

• At least 8–10 years in management reporting, FP&A, consolidation or finance transformation.
• Proven leadership of recurring group reporting processes across multiple countries.
• Experience managing senior finance stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting standardisation, process improvement, automation or finance-reporting tools.
• Experience in strategic consulting, listed companies, telecommunications or infrastructure is valuable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Group Reporting to lead the design, governance, production and distribution of management reporting across Cellnex.

Reporting to the Group Management Control Director, you will own the Group reporting model and progressively develop the function into a Reporting Center of Excellence, delivering timely, accurate and actionable information to support management decision-making.

This is a highly visible role combining finance expertise, team leadership and technology-enabled transformation, with the opportunity to standardise, automate and scale reporting across an international organisation.

What We're Looking For

Group Reporting & Governance

• Lead the Group Reporting function and progressively develop it into a Reporting Center of Excellence.
• Own the Group management reporting calendar, coordinating milestones, dependencies, submissions, validations and publication.
• Ensure the timely production and distribution of management reporting, including monthly performance packs, country and corporate reports, KPI dashboards, Budget and Forecast reporting, and information required for Executive Committee and Board processes.
• Establish a robust reporting control framework covering accuracy, completeness, reconciliation, sign-off, traceability and audit evidence.
• Own the Group reporting catalogue, rationalising legacy outputs and defining standard reports, users, frequencies and distribution channels.
• Lead the governance of management KPIs, maintaining clear definitions, formulas, data sources, ownership and data lineage.

Business Partnership & Transformation

• Coordinate financial and operational information received from countries, corporate areas and business lines.
• Partner with Group Controlling to support performance analysis, forecasting, risk and opportunity assessment, and management decision-making.
• Drive reporting standardisation, automation and visualisation to reduce manual work, shorten reporting lead times and improve user experience.
• Act as business owner for Group management reporting tools, coordinating requirements, testing, releases and issue resolution with Business Analytics, IT and Group Controlling.
• Build and develop the Group Reporting team, promoting accountability, customer orientation and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with country and corporate stakeholders, ensuring clear responsibilities, service levels and data quality.

Education

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in finance, accounting, data or project management is valuable.

Languages

• English: Advanced, must-have.
• Spanish: Advanced, valuable.
• Other languages: Intermediate, valuable.

Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint: Advanced, must-have.
• SAP FI or equivalent ERP: Advanced, must-have.
• PBCS, EPM or equivalent planning and reporting tools: Advanced, valuable.
• Power BI or equivalent visualisation tools: Intermediate to advanced, valuable.

Experience

• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A, consolidation or finance transformation within complex multinational organisations.
• Proven experience leading recurring Group reporting processes across multiple countries, business units or legal entities.
• Experience managing teams and senior finance stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting standardisation, process improvement, automation or finance-reporting tools.
• Experience in strategic consulting, listed companies, telecommunications or infrastructure is valuable.
• A combined finance and technology background is highly valuable.
